This rare commitment to ongoing public teaching ensures a vibrant, grounded, and practical approach, setting this program apart from others where facilitators no longer lead regular classes. With thousands of hours of real-world teaching experience, they offer an unmatched foundation in vinyasa yoga, seamlessly blending tradition with modern relevance.
Through the 8-Limbed Path, you’ll explore anatomy, philosophy, breathwork, theming, and teaching techniques, enriched by hands-on application and profound self-inquiry, all rooted in the dynamic energy of Rare’s Bondi studio.
Training dates - Two Module Format. This format allows for a period of learning followed by time away to digest and integrate what has been learnt.
Module 1: February 20 – March 1, 2026 / 8:30 AM - 6 PM Daily
Module 2: June 5 – June 14, 2026 / 8:30 AM - 6 PM Daily

- In-person modules over two 10-day immersions
- Daily morning practices + afternoon asana labs, assisting sessions, and practice teaching
